How We Work

If you haven’t gathered already from our about us page, we adopt a very meticulous and professional approach towards our work.

The seven steps required to deliver success:

• 1. After receiving your enquiry, we get in touch to discuss your requirements and if necessary, conduct an initial analysis of your business.
• 2. Having established your online requirements, we then advise on an appropriate solution that would be required to return the desired results. This is provided in the form of a free quote, and includes a very short website proposal.
• 3. After customer acceptance, work begins. We provide a range of concept designs for an early customer consultation. An initial deposit is required at this point to cover early development work.
• 4. Once a concept is selected by the client, our designers begin developing the entire website. Content is required from the customer at this stage.
• 5. With the website completed to specification, we conduct a testing process and open up the site for customer approval. Any final amendments are then made.
• 6. With customer approval, we then begin the process of launching the website to the public, and if applicable and desired by the customer, prepare and initiate the marketing strategy to support the launch.
• 7. Once live, we continue to monitor our customer’s websites and offer advice and support wherever required.
